Customer Service coordinator Salary: £24,000 Benefits: On sight parking, on site gym, 25 days holiday plus 8 stats Location: Scunthorpe An excellent opportunity for a customer service professional to join a highly successful manufacturing company in Scunthorpe. You will be joining a vibrant customer service team and be managing the supply chain between customers, warehouse, logistics and purchasing. A typical day as a Customer Service Coordinator will see you responding quickly and accurately to customer queries via phone and email, processing orders, allocating stock, invoicing customers and supporting the sales force with ad hoc duties. The company are offering a salary of £24,000, 25 days holiday plus 8 stats, on site parking, on site gym, working hours 8:30-5 Mon-Fri and an onsite discounted gym. THE ROLE: Managing the supply chain process between customers, warehouse, logistics and purchasing. Responding to customer queries via telephone and email. Maintaining and building new and existing relationships with a diverse customer base Processing orders accurately. Checking stock. Organise deliveries via sea, air, and road to other Warehouses or directly to customers. Producing picking notes. Handling return paperwork. Responding to any customer complaints. Confirming delivery times with customers. Communicate with internal departments such as sales, technical, finance, production and supply chain. Raising invoices for customers. Setting up new accounts on ERP (date inputting customer details). THE CANDIDATE: Previous experience in customer service is a must. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. A positive can do attitude with strong prioritising skills. Able to build strong relationships both with internal and external customers. IT skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP or ERP software desirable. Organised approach to tasks. Enjoys working in a team environment. Experienced with complaint handling. Works well under pressure and enjoys a fast paced environment.
