German Customer Service Advisor required for the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company. The business look after a large, diverse, blue-chip customer base, from banks and retailers, to hospitals, schools, and government offices. The Company put their customers at the heart of everything they do and are keen to hire a team of people who are passionate to deliver 1st class customer service. You'll be the initial point of contact between the business and their customers. It'll be up to you keep clients updated, handle their issues, and ensure their requests and queries are dealt with professionally. This role would suit someone with a helpdesk, call centre or contact centre background who can speak fluent German to business level and offers a competitive salary of up to GBP28k, dependent upon experience What will you be doing as a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor? Being the single point of contact for the Customer, taking initial contact from multiple customers Providing a consistent and exceptional level of service, ensuring customer's requests and queries are dealt with professionally, efficiently and successfully Raising of various types of Service Requests, ensuring they are logged on the system and routed correctly Where commercially agreed with a customer, arrange suitable appointments Advising customers of work entitlement and progressing Service Requests accordingly Providing updates to customers Handling complaints, following correct escalation as and when required Resolving any complaints in an efficient and professional manner Chasing and actively escalating jobs to the relevant department/department manager Running regular reports to enable tracking and workflow Working alongside various departments effectively to ensure requests are dealt with correctly We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: You must be able to speak, read and write German fluently, to business level Previous experience working within a contact centre / call centre environment would be preferred Proficient in using all standard Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Email etc.) Excellent telephone manner, being polite and courteous at all times A team player who is able to confidently interact with others, but who is also able to work independently Logical thinker with good organisation and administration skills Accuracy and attention to detail Great communicator, who listens to and understands our customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and flexible Customer focused Team player with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service Punctual Enthusiastic with a positive can do' approach Your previous roles could have included Helpdesk Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Contact Centre Advisor, Contact Centre Advisor, Customer Service Agent, Facilities Helpdesk Advisor, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Executive, Inbound Customer Service Agent What will you get in return for your work as a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor?
