HR Specialist Bracknell Hybrid working - 2 days in the office Full time Or 0.8 (4 full days or 5 shorter days) £44-£52k PLUS 15% bonus & £585 car allowance 12 Months Fixed Term Contract We have 2 opportunities available for a HR Specialist based in Bracknell. You'll have experience in HR and Employee Relations to be successful for this role. 1 opportunity is full time and the other is working 0.8, either 4 full days or 5 shorter days. You'll have CIPD qualifications or relevant experience. Your Role: To provide high quality HR expertise and guidance across a range of topics to employees and line managers, ensuring the delivery of an effective generalist HR service aligned to company values, supporting compliance with company policies and enabling a focus on high performance. Manager Partnering: Consult, coach and provide high quality advice and expertise on a range of often complex HR topics (e.g. talent acquisition, talent management, capability & disciplinary processes, reward and recognition), building line manager capability and enabling managers to make informed decisions to maximise employee performance. Employee Relations Enable managers, through training, coaching and partnership, to manage both formal and informal employee relations cases effectively and efficiently. Ensure compliance with Absence, Capability, Grievance and Disciplinary policies and procedures offering expert advice and contribution to enable fair, robust and transparent processes and outcomes. HR Metrics: Work with HR colleagues in the collation and creation of key people data to support business decision making e.g. capacities, absence, performance, salary management and planning. Accountability's: Talent Development & Acquisition: Provide insight, expertise and support to ensure the acquisition, growth, development and retention of talent to enable high performance. Support the development and implementation of annual performance management and compensation planning processes. Coach managers as needed in applying the company global Performance and People Growth processes. Provide insights and advice to managers and employees on mobility and development opportunities Actively participate in the recruitment of key people manager roles HR support and Annual Priorities Act as HR Specialist to dedicated business areas enabling quick problem solving and high performance. Provide feedback and data regarding expert activity within business areas to the HRBPs to support the HRBPs in the creation of HR annual priorities. Work with HRBPs, ER & Compliance Specialist and wider HR Team to ensure that HR team's capability development is aligned to HR Priorities. Work with local HR Team and Global Business Services/HR Direct to ensure the HR model is fully enabled and operating in line with UK and Ireland policy and practice. Change Management Act as an advocate for change. Provide advice and input into change initiatives to enable effective delivery in line with cultural, legal, compliance Proactively participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to development of policy and practice within the HR team.HR Compliance Support ER & Compliance Specialist as needed in review and update of HR Policies and related guidance.
