A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a busy, well-established organization that operated within the health and travel sector, globally. This role focuses on assess and process invoices from medical providers whilst ensuring that payments are made accurately, in line with scheme guidance and in a timely manner. Job Description: Assessing and processing medical invoices received from medical providers to ensure their accurate settlement and record of claim. Assessing and processing of medical claim forms and receipts received from members to ensure their accurate settlement and record of claim. Keeping members and medical providers up to date with the outcome of the invoice review. Reviewing medical cases where initial assessments could not make a final decision Responding to email and telephone queries from members, clients and medical providers. Scanning of inbound medical documents, such as invoices and medical reports, and allocating these on to the Case Management System (CMS). Reviewing and responding to aged debt invoice queries from hospitals and clinics Reviewing claims to ensure we have received appropriate invoices for all planned treatment and updating the Case Management System Producing and submitting appropriate client reports Person Specification: Strong customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive, helpful attitude, willing to work co-operatively with other members of the team. PC skills with good knowledge of Microsoft packages Good commercial awareness Ability to identify when it becomes appropriate to escalate a problem. Strong diplomatic communicator at all levels; verbally and written Able to demonstrate critical independent thinking. Effective time management to be able to multi-task Highly adaptable, with a flexible approach to work Pro-active approach to work with analytical problem solving skills. Ability to plan and organise own workload, and work well under pressure.
