This dynamic global team is responsible for building and elevating the Tradeweb brand, communicating with the media, marketing our business to clients and managing employee and corporate communications. Job Responsibilities:

Our Marketing Specialist will be both a strategic planner and creative idea generator who stays calm under pressure and is keen to work hard. This role is will work closely with US business heads, product managers and Marketing and Communications teammates to produce exceptional marketing programs.

  • Strategic planning: Partner with Directors and business heads to build strategic marketing plans; including competitive assessment, audience targeting, and identifying opportunities for growth. Develop an understanding of the demographics of the client base and an ability to determine the appropriate positioning of Tradeweb's services. Build measurable programs to expand sales with existing clients and identify and attract new clients.
  • Campaign execution: Collaborate on creative development of themes, design and effective messaging. Produce, distribute and track marketing content and promotional activities including videos, sales collateral, client communications, ads, podcasts, landing pages, brochures and web content. Manage execution across multiple channels including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, events, account-based marketing, search and social media. Ensure legal and compliance approval. Deliver post-campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Event management: Manage our participation in industry conferences, events (in-person and virtual) and high-profile sponsorships, leveraging them to the best advantage of the company. Oversee brand activation, sales engagement opportunities and thought leadership positioning.
  • Content production: Partner with internal and external resources to produce engaging content that supports our business and brand objectives. Identify appropriate format and oversee production. Examples include infographics, videos, webinars, sponsored articles, blogs, web content, social media posts, email communications, and podcasts.
  • Marketing operations: Understand and utilize the marketing tools and technology including virtual events platform, email service provider, web analytics and contact database.
  • Analysis and insight: Monitor, optimize and report on marketing efforts to continually improve performance. Establish KPIs and metrics to gauge success. Review data, engagement and client behavior to provide informed insights to business partners.
  • Resource management: Evaluate and manage external vendors, partnerships and agencies. Assist in budget allocation, tracking and reporting.
  • Informed ideas: Keep up with industry news and stay abreast of marketing trends, technologies and best practices. Contribute to innovation within the team.
  • Collaborative culture: Model and champion our firm's values such as integrity, inclusion, innovation, teamwork, and client focus. Collaborate closely with US and international marketing and communication peers as well as business partners across the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of marketing management experience, preferably with background in financial services and/or technology
  • Knowledge of equities & fixed income preferred
  • Success running measurable integrated marketing campaigns utilizing traditional channels, digital media, and social media
  • Experience developing and producing content including videos, demos, blogs, and podcasts
  • Experience partnering with agencies and vendors
  • Experience managing events, both in-person and virtual
  • Strong passion for analytics-driven marketing strategies
  • Experience managing within a dynamic marketing group
  • Excellent project management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Collaborative and inclusive team player with a willingness to help others
  • Strong communication skills; written, oral and presentation
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, databases, and email distribution platforms (SalesForce experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite would be very valuable.
