Responsibilities As the Operations Management Graduate you will spend time working across the business supporting sales/technical and operational teams As the Operations Management Graduate you will be responsible for building relationships with suppliers, obtaining quotes, lead times and negotiating prices. You will get involved with sourcing materials and managing PO s Overseeing the timely delivery of client projects, tracking project progress, managing costs, any risks or issues and support with project delivery Conducting market research, supporting with marketing activities and producing sales presentations As the Operations Management Graduate you will understand and complete all necessary compliance and quality documentation The role has great scope to develop into a leadership role, managing a small team Candidate Requirements A business graduate with a degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Enterprise, Business Management, International Business or similar subject. Achieving a minimum of a 2:1 A Minimum of a B in Maths & English at GCSE, ideally a C in A Level Maths Be able to demonstrate leadership skills Enthusiastic, passionate and dynamic individual Exceptional communication skills A thirst for knowledge and eager to learn An ambitious individual looking for a long-term career IT savvy Salary £20-25k Holidays 25+BH, Pension, Training & Development Monday Friday 7am - 4pm
