We re recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a successful, international pharmaceutical business based in Harpenden on part time hours. You will be working 24-30 hours per week, flexibility can be offered on how these are worked therefore school hours can be offered or 3 or 4 longer days. Within this role you will be using your initiative, your ability to prioritise and working with a wide range of products from all over Europe. This is for a successful, stable and supportive company based in beautiful offices in Harpenden. You will work within a friendly and small team within a busy and interesting role where you will be processing customer orders for products sourced internationally. What s in it for you Salary: up to £26k pro rata Hours: 24-30 hours per week Christmas bonus of 1 month s salary 25 days holiday prorata which rises with length of service Onsite gym and health insurance Pension scheme up to 12% Death in service Free eye tests, dental plan Free travel insurance Key Responsibilities A multi-faceted role working with customer orders, enquiries and reviewing documents Approving, generation and sending sales invoices, credit/debit notes using SAP Contact suppliers and coordinate requirements Maintain customer and product files Amend and maintain pricing files as requested by relevant department managers Receiving and answering a wide variety of emails across a whole range of queries and enquires Stock monitoring, replenishing and rotation What the employer is looking for Experience of processing orders Ideally familiar with SAP but not essential Naturally numerical Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure Excellent attention to detail Confident and clear communicator with ability to speak to all levels Enthusiastic approach to learning Flexible to work additional hours if required
