A very successful international professional services firm is looking for a Receptionist to be the face of the company in their Southampton office. This is a great role for someone who is looking for a busy varied position; you will be based on reception and will deal with telephone queries and greet visitors face to face as well as providing administrative support throughout the business. You will have a confident, friendly manner and have a "can do" attitude. This company is growing so this is an excellent opportunity to join at a very exciting time! Ideally they are recruiting this role on a temp to perm basis so you can start at short notice.
This is a varied role that will suit somebody who likes to be kept busy and has a flexible approach to their work. Your duties will include the following:
- To cover Reception, including dealing with incoming telephone calls and welcoming visitors into the office, being a professional first point of contact for the company
- Helping with a variety of administration for different departments
- Ensure that the company database is kept up to date.
- Facilities Management including ordering office supplies
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who is confident dealing with people at all levels. You may have some Reception or Customer Service/Administration experience. Most importantly, you will have a warm and friendly manner and enjoy dealing with people.
