In your role as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you manage the go-to-market activities for for galvanic isolated gate driver IC families to direct and distribution customers. You will be responsible for new developments and work with our R&D teams on ideas for new products, new packages, new innovation, and new technologies.Responsibilities
In your new role you will:
  • Develop strategy, new product roadmap, and initial marketing plans for galvanic isolated gate driver IC families
  • Be financially responsible for return-on-investment scenarios and sustainable business cases for profitable growth
  • Work with R&D teams for development of new products, new packages, new innovation, and new technologies
  • Develop, maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the following industrial markets and applications: industrial drives, renewables, EV charging, robotics, ESS, UPS, and industrial automation
  • Monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs for new product development strategies

Your Profile
You recognize opportunities and have a good sense for profitable business ideas. Thereby, you find useful ways to reach set targets and work out difficult situations through creative solutions. Moreover, you put internal and external customers at the heart of your thoughts and actions while pro-actively engaging with them about their needs.

Beyond, you are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline and 5+ years in semiconductor IC and/or power management field
  • Experience with high-voltage gate driver ICs and the various markets they play in
  • Knowledge of power switches (IGBT, Silicon and SiC MOSFETs) used in industrial application
  • The capability to understand key customer requirements - both technical and commercial needs
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills to work with different cultures, departments, and divisions
  • Demonstrate a high level of leadership by promoting values that drive behaviors that create a culture of collaboration, teamwork, transparency and a passion for success.
  • The willingness to travel with high frequency occasionally
  • Ability to speak German as a plus
