Support Staff (LPN, Medical Assistant)

The Support Staff position is responsible for insuring patient flow from intake thru completion of the patient visit. This position also provides coordination of care, medical and disease education, and outreach services to Access medical patients. This position will actively manage patient s immediate and ongoing needs with attention to acute and preventative intervention.

Required Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Medical Assistant Training (MA)

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required within a year of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year or more experience as LPN /CMA.

2 Previous work experience in a medical primary clinic setting.

Fluency in English and Spanish.
