Our client is a global design leader ranked within the UK Top 20 and within the Global Top 100 of architectural practices. With a Head Office in London and studios across the UK and internationally in New York, Singapore and Amsterdam, they are looking for their next addition to their Guildford office. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will be the first point of contact for all general employee relations, HR support and guidance across all the studios. You will seek out and bring in top talent into the practice by driving recruitment processes on a day-to-day basis. You will help to continually raise staff engagement through internal communications to ensure quality employee experience for everyone. Talent & Employee Experience Advisor Main Responsibilities: Drive the entire recruitment process to find the best talent and attract them into the business, whilst reaching a wide diverse range of candidates. Advertise, review applications, organise interviews, provide timely feedback, produce offers and any new joiner paperwork Work closely with the Communications Executive to develop and drive a range of internal staff communication campaigns to engage people in the company vision, values and culture. Actively seek out opportunities to positively communicate with people, creating clear and engaging content that stands out. Oversee the internal communications related to starters and leavers to ensure the perceptions are managed. Guide and assist Directors and Managers with the management of general employee relations issues, e.g. performance, capability and conduct on a day to day basis. Assist, and in some cases lead where appropriate, ad hoc HR related projects e.g. Redundancy, job evaluation Deliver in-house seminars and workshops on appropriate topics, carry out exit interviews, manage the work experience programme Other HR responsibilities as required; full list available. The Ideal Talent & Employee Experience Advisor will: Be Level 5 CIPD qualified or working towards a Level 5 CIPD qualification. Have some experience in a similar role (essential) Excellent knowledge of innovative social media techniques for recruitment and resourcing (essential) Excellent working knowledge of HR databases (essential) Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (essential) Proven experience as a trainer, delivering one-to-one and group training (desirable but not essential) Be able to work confidentially and discretely at all times with a professional attitude Excellent team player with a can do attitude Highly organised and efficient with an excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the natural ability to network and build effective relationships Benefits and Package: Monday to Friday (09::30) Free Parking 20 Days Annual Leave Company Pension Healthcare Comprehensive benefits package Further Education Sponsorship Thank you for your application however due to the high volume of candidates applying, if you have not heard back from us within 5 days please assume that you have not been successful on this occasion
